Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

  • Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
